Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in business systems management, software implementation, or digital operations Hands-on experience administering and configuringQuickBase(or comparable low-code platforms) Experience managing or supporting workload, resource, or project management systems Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience working cross functionally with IT, operations, engineering, and leadership Serve as the business owner and primary liaison with IT for enterprise software tools and platforms Lead the evaluation, vetting, and implementation of new software solutions aligned with operational needs Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs Manage, integrations, upgrades, and system roadmaps Telecom, engineering, construction or utility industry experience.
