From massiveequipment to oversized structures, you'll play a vital role in getting it allfrom Point A to Point B safely, legally, and efficiently.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving puzzles, and enjoy beingthe "go-to expert," this is the perfect opportunity to shine!What You'll DoLead the charge in routing oversize flatbed loads and securing accuratepermits across state and federal agencies.Equip drivers to achieve success with clear instructions, safety details,and route expectations.Be the communication hub between drivers, fleet supervisors, permitservices, and state agencies.Solve problems on the fly to keep loads moving and prevent delays.Update routing information to support accuracy and efficiency.Look for ways to streamline processes, boost quality, and contribute newideas.Support company budgets, adapt to changing demands, and handle unexpectedchallenges with confidence.What You BringHigh School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.Strong map-reading skills and a solid grasp of U.S. geography.Stellar multitasking, organization, and time management abilities.A customer-service mindset with clear, confident communication.Problem-solving instincts and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Basic math skills applied to real-world situations.A team-oriented attitude and self-motivation to excel.Comfort working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Work Environment & Physical RequirementsOffice-based role with frequent computer and phone use.Regular sitting, occasional movement around the office.Frequent communication with internal and external partners.Compensation & Benefits:The anticipated hourly pay range for this position begins at $20.00 -$22.00 per hour. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience,education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doingsubstantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees maybe eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending onindividual and/or company performance.Anderson Trucking Service is committed to supporting our employees with acomprehensive benefits package.
