Job Details:Position: Registered Nurse (RN) or Travel RNLocation: Albuquerque, NM, 87109Shift: 12 Hour (7am-7:30pm) (7pm-7:30am)Contract: 8 weeksStart: ASAPRequirements:State RN LicenseBLS/CPR certifiedMin 1-2 years of RN experience in rehab/LTC/skilled nursing facility will be preferred.Must be COVID Vaccinated or Religious ExemptionResponsibilities:Assessing, observing, and speaking to patientsRecording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current healthPreparing patients for exams and treatmentAdministering medications and treatments, and then monitoring patients for side effects and reactionsCreating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical teamPerforming wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
