Solutions Engineer: Consultant - Document Management SolutionsOur client, a global provider of print management / document management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to support the company's continued growth. The candidate will be charged with expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships. The ideal person is a subject matter expert, strategic and results-driven with experience in consultative sales and software-based solutions.This role is virtual and is open to candidates residing NEAR a major airport in the Central, Mountain, or Western regions of the United States. 60% Travel including overnights.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersIdentify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand client's market presenceCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to support sales initiativesPrepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to prospective clientsMonitor sales performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendationsQualificationsDemonstrated success as a subject matter expert in sales, or consulting, preferably within output management or enterprise software solutionsExperience with print, scan, document management, workflow, or output management technologiesBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to position complex software solutions within a consultative, multi-stakeholder sales environment
