Job Title: Full-Time Psychotherapist (MHC-LP/LMSW or LMHC/LCSW) Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time Location: Hybrid (Telehealth and In-Office at Hell’s Kitchen, NYC) Overview: Therapy Insights Practice is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled psychotherapist (MHC-LP, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW) with a minimum of one year of clinical experience to join our dynamic team. This position offers a hybrid model of telehealth and in-office sessions in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC. Responsibilities - Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, with a specific focus on neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, trans, and non-binary individuals. - Maintain a manageable caseload through a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. - Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with insurance billing and electronic health record (EHR) requirements. - Actively participate in weekly individual and group supervision, onboarding training, and ongoing professional development activities. - Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care. - Participate in program development, community outreach, and group therapy facilitation as needed. - Utilize administrative and clinical tools such as Google Workspace, Simple Practice EHR, and telehealth compliance systems. - Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance, while providing support to clients. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (MHC) from an accredited program. - Valid license in New York State (MHC-LP, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW). - Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience. - Experience working with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ populations, including trans and non-binary individuals. - Strong organizational, time management, and proficiency with Google Workspace tools, EHR systems (Simple Practice), and telehealth compliance. - Knowledge of commercial insurance processes. - Previous experience in group therapy and supervision is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits - Salary Range: $72,800 - $93,600, commensurate with experience and licensure level.
