Position Description:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing the manual repackaging of loose products into sell-able units and return to inventory. In addition, this position maintains the customer pick up area, and performs general warehouse labor duties as needed. This position is expected to perform all duties within the objectives, standards, mission, and policies of Doll Distributing LLC; State of Minnesota laws and regulations governing the beer industry; and brewery/supplier requirements.
Essential Functions:
Promptly direct, receive, and unload freight from over the road drivers upon arrival
Ensure all products are properly stacked and rotated in warehouse
Identify damaged packaging and/or product and repack into new packaging
Performs timely and accurate check –in of company delivery trucks; removes dunnage and readies product for repack or return
Use computerized system (VIP) to track and maintain proper levels of stocked inventory
Assist night loader in building orders and loading trucks
Using necessary solutions, clean all customer draught lines weekly by process of disassembling, reassembling, and reinstalling
Comply with all company safety regulations and maintain clean and safe working environment
Learn and comply with Anheuser-Busch and other supplier’s product freshness and rotation policies
Other duties as assigned
Non-Essential Functions:
As needed, ride in B-seat of DOT tractor to assist with customer deliveries
Once CDL is obtained, occasionally drive CDL tractor trailer and unload customer product
Assist with maintenance and use riding lawnmower for grounds keeping as needed
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Basic mathematical aptitude skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work functions
Ability to obtain certification in forklift and pallet-jack operations
Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required
Warehouse experience
Desire to train and obtain CDL license within 4 months of employment (with company training and sponsorship)

Temperature/Climate
This position will spend 95% of the shift in a climate-controlled environment and 5% of the shift in an outdoor environment
Safety Considerations
This position will routinely drive forklift trucks, pallet-jacks, and other cleaning equipment.
Personal Protective Equipment necessary
Steel-toed boots/shoes with skid-proof soles may be required
Physical/Mental Organizational Capabilities
The individual in this role must possess the ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and climb stairs on a frequent basis. Must have the ability to safely lift a minimum of 24 lbs. without assistance, waist level, waist to should level, shoulder level to overhead. Must have the ability to push/pull/lift a maximum of 165 lbs. with appropriate equipment. Requires significant demands on these physical requirements through entire work shift with tasks performed in all weather conditions. The ability to pay attention to detail, problem solve, troubleshoot, and make decisions is required.
