Requirements, Education, And Experience5 experience as a HR generalist or HR Manager.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)BS degree in HR Management or related field preferredManufacturing experience preferredPreferred SPHR or PHR certificationBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferredDuties And ResponsibilitiesDirect all phases of the Human Resources function including recruitment, onboarding, performance & talent management, engagement and other related people initiatives or programs. Assist in managing Temporary Agencies supplying labor to the plant and hold the Temporary Agencies accountable to Pratt Industries Hiring Criteria.Manage new hire feedback and review process. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategiesAdminister all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves Investigate employee relations issues, including hotline reports, with focus on timely resolution. Maintain and administer any records or personnel files as required by state and federal laws. Maintain and analyze metrics related to absenteeism, retention, and other HR KPI’s. Assist with processing biweekly payroll. Balance multiple commitments in fast paced environmentParticipate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner.
