Lead Medical Technologist

Responsibilities include overseeing instrument maintenance, quality control, proficiency testing, patient testing and reporting; developing training plans for staff members and evaluating performance and competency; maintaining, organizing, and updating department records. Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date! Requirements: 40 hours per week - First Shift Monday - Friday Flexible Day Shift Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology or related sciences. Certification or eligibility for board certification by ASCP; AMT; NCA or equivalent. One (1) year of relevant experience.
