NOKey Words:Job Overview:The PS Data Management, Staff will be part of the global People Solutions team providing HR Data management services to Qualcomm colleagues globally.The scope of work will span across Qualcomm locations globally.The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to the below activities.Job Description:Processing new hires, promotions, separations, employee job changes, compensation, and other employee lifecycle events through EIB integrations.Partnering with HRIT for resolving complex issues and implementing data management initiativesActively engaged in M&A(Mergers and Acquisitions) projects for onboarding acquisition company employees and data integrationsManage Position Management & Job management models in Workday.Managing the Workday Projects and stakeholders with executing with in stipulated timelines.Resolving requests received through ServiceNow on business proves initiations, data issues and data changes.Interacting with HR Business partners and other HR team and providing consultation and guidance on workday data impacts on process changes etcInteracting with stakeholders for Workday templates creation and data gathering.Manage data conversions through EIB Integration Templates.Create Outbound EIB Templates and execute mass load activities in Workday.Expert in data conversion process to upload Merges & Acquisitions projects and current & historic data related to Data changes, Compensation, Organization Assignments, Talent Management etc. into WorkdaySupport Business process configurations while performing different EIB loads in Workday as per requirement.Identifying and troubleshooting Systems Integration fails from other applications to Workday.Create & maintain various types of supervisory organizations, matrix orgs, locations, Cost centers, hierarchies etc.Minimum Skills And QualificationsBachelors degree.5+ years exp in workday administrationGood knowledge on functional concepts of Workday HCM.Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel) advancedExcellent communicationsKey CompetencesProblem solvingExcellent communicationStakeholder engagementDuration of Assignment:12 monthsQty of Submittals:Suppliers only submit top candidates.
