Seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Emergency Room expertise to support critical care in Rosamond, CA. This contract opportunity offers both day and night shift options, providing flexibility within a structured schedule.Schedule Options: Days: 6:00 AM start (2 openings) Nights: 6:00 PM start (2 openings) Scheduling options include GWW 36 or GWW 48 hours per week Qualifications: Current California RN license Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required CPI or MAB certification mandatory for patient safety and de-escalation skills NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification Minimum two years' experience in an Emergency Department setting, including Level I and II trauma care At least one year of travel nursing experience preferred Responsibilities: Provide high-quality triage and critical care to emergency patients Assess, monitor, and manage trauma and medical emergencies efficiently Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Maintain accurate documentation and comply with established protocols and standards Employ best practices to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment Location Insight: Rosamond, CA, is a growing community in the high desert region, known for its serene landscapes and tight-knit atmosphere.
