This role involves working on a fast-paced production line to assemble, package, and inspect products while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key ResponsibilitiesWork on an assembly line performing repetitive tasks Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Meet daily production goals and efficiency targets Assist with other general labor tasks as needed RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods (810 hours) Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Physical RequirementsRepetitive hand and arm movements Standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift BenefitsPTO and Vacation pay after one year on assignment Weekly pay Temp-to-hire opportunities Training provided
