Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a growing financial institution in the search for a Market President in the Central Ohio Region.This is a dynamic leadership opportunity responsible for driving business growth, expanding commercial banking relationships, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture within the market.The Market President will play a key role in leading business development initiatives, growing a commercial loan portfolio, and developing deep Commercial & Industrial (C&I) client relationships. This position also carries leadership responsibility for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support long-term regional success.What You’ll DoCollaborate with Executive Leadership to define and execute market strategy aligned with organizational goals.Lead business development efforts through proactive networking, referral generation, and strategic partnerships.Grow and manage a commercial loan portfolio with a focus on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) relationships.Drive regional growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.Oversee Commercial Lending and Treasury Management activities within the market.Provide leadership, coaching, and development for lending and treasury management teams.Ensure strong credit quality across both personal and team-managed portfolios.Partner closely with credit and portfolio management teams on deal structuring and risk assessment.Support complex client relationships, deal sourcing, underwriting guidance, and transaction execution.Represent the bank within the community and strengthen market visibility and brand presence.What You BringStrong commercial banking and business development experience.Proven success in building and managing C&I relationships.Leadership experience within commercial banking or market management.Strong credit acumen and portfolio management expertise.Experience leading teams and developing talent.Excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to drive growth in a competitive market environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
