Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for the Vice President of Sales, based in Dayton, NJ. The Vice President will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategy, managing and developing sales operations, overseeing business development initiatives, and fostering long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, managing account portfolios, and monitoring sales performance to achieve organizational growth and revenue targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and define strategic goals will also be essential. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Account Management to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationshipsStrong background in Sales Operations and Sales Management to develop and implement effective sales strategiesExpertise in Business Development to identify and capitalize on market opportunities and partnershipsExcellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work onsite in Dayton, NJMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plusKnowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve processes
