Deployment Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Deployment Manager to lead our device setup and deployment team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of configuring and deploying client devices, ensuring each unit is tailored to the specific needs of the client's industry. You will collaborate across departments to coordinate logistics, manage a team of deployment professionals, and serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of deployment professionals, overseeing both day-to-day operations and long-term process developmentCoordinate across teams to confirm device logistics and ensure timely, accurate deployment to clientsOversee the custom configuration of devices — including industry-specific applications and software — for each clientDevelop, document, and continuously improve deployment processes and standard operating proceduresTrack and report on team performance metrics to C-level leadershipCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholdersHold team members accountable to timelines and quality standards, providing coaching and corrective action as neededManage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization and attention to detailQualifications3–5+ years of experience managing deployment teams, with demonstrated success in both people management and process managementHands-on technical experience with POS terminal deployment (required)Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently across teams and with C-Suite executivesStrong documentation skills, including process documentation and reportingTrack record of driving projects to completion and keeping teams on scheduleAssertive leadership style with the ability to establish accountability and enforce standards
