Driver Support - Logistics Coordinator

Job Description: Driver Support Representative (Second or Third Shift) | $18.50-$19.50 Per Hour | Full Time with Benefits! Hourly Pay Second Shift: $18.50 Per Hour Third Shift: $19.50 Per Hour Full-time Position, With Benefits Work Location: Murfreesboro, Tennessee We're looking for a team player who can multi-task in a busy environment. In the Driver Support role, your primary duty is to serve as a primary point of contact for drivers: assisting with breakdowns, maintenance concerns, delays, accidents, weather events, route changes, and other operational issues. This position would also work closely with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, customers, and other departments to help resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Problem-solving abilities Organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Attention to detail Ability to learn and work with different software systems Transportation, logistics, dispatch, customer support, or driver support experience would be preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K available Vacation after 1 year PTO after 90 probation period Job Requirements: 1-2 years of dispatching experience preferred.
