Cut Shop Technician

Job Responsibilities: · Unload Raw Material Deliveries from vendor using Overhead Cranes/ Forklifts/ etc. · Assist QA/ QC in the receiving process by moving, un-packaging, etc. materials. · Operate cut shop machinery to prepare raw materials for fabrication. · Label/ mark/ organize outgoing materials to fabrication areas. · Perform maintenance and repair on all cut shop machinery. · General building maintenance and repair of entire facility. Job Skills/ Requirements: · Ability to safely work in an industrial environment. · Safe operation of overhead cranes. · Safe operation of forklifts. · Safe operation of industrial machinery. · Basic mechanical knowledge to be able to repair and maintenance shop equipment. Would include general knowledge of: o electricity and electrical systems o hydraulic systems o pneumatic systems o general mechanical aptitude. · Organizational skills to manage multiple lots of raw materials for multiple projects.
