Senior Laboratory Technician

ResponsibilitiesPerform hand soldering and de-soldering of SMT and through-hole components.Conduct PCB re-work and repair activities using hot air/rework stations.Assemble, modify, and troubleshoot electronic boards and prototypes.Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and assembly drawings.Support hardware validation, testing, and lab setup activities.Identify defective components and replace them accurately.Maintain ESD safety standards and lab equipment.Document rework, repair, and test results.Required SkillsExperience with soldering, PCB assembly, and electronic re-work.Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and lab tools.Knowledge of SMT, BGA, and through-hole components.Familiarity with ESD handling procedures.Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced lab/manufacturing environment.
