Job Title: Data Analysis/Reports Developer (SQL/Python/ Power BI)Pay Rate: $31/hrDuration: 6 to 12 MonthsJob Requisition: SJP00026381Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite, 3 Days Remote a Week)This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.We are looking for a Data Analysis/Reports Developer (SQL/Python/ Power BI)We are seeking a Data Analyst to research, analyze, consolidate, and interpret data to generate actionable insights for business-relevant topics, including market trends, operational processes, and equipment performance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL, along with expertise in data analysis, dashboard development using Power BI, and data management.Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, with Snowflake preferred.Develop and maintain data solutions, databases, and data management systems.Use Python for data analysis, automation, data manipulation, and reporting.Work with Databricks for data processing and analytics; experience is a plus.Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.Consolidate data from primary and secondary sources and ensure data quality and accuracy.Create reports and communicate analytical findings to management, customers, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.Optimize existing analytical tools, applications, queries, and data processes for improved efficiency and performance.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another technical-related field.Python – Must Have.SQL – Must Have; strong SQL experience is essential, with approximately 95% of the work involving SQL.Power BI – Experience developing dashboards and reportsSnowflake and Databricks experience is nice to have.Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
