Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

We re looking for an innovative and driven Clinical Director to join our team and make a real difference.About the Role:As a Clinical Director, you will:Lead and Supervise: Directly oversee and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center, ensuring top-notch clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.Patient Care: Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.Team Management: Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators. Engage with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patients in various settings.Operational Leadership: Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist in recruiting and patient outreach.Key Qualifications:Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty. Board certification preferred, Board eligibility required.Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred, especially within ChenMed.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
