Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Specialist. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting analyses, supporting financial planning, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards. Daily tasks will include preparing financial reports, analyzing data trends, assisting in budget management, and providing insights for decision-making. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven expertise in Finance and Accounting to handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingStrong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insightsProficiency in the preparation and interpretation of Financial StatementsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey financial concepts clearlyFamiliarity with relevant financial software and toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldAbility to work independently in remote settings and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyPrior experience in public sector finance is a plus
