If you have a passion for what we do, you’ll have a direct opportunity to join our growing team full time, with a clear progression plan for your growth within the agencyWhat You’ll DoGain experience problem solving for client requests, issues and gathering feedback to ensure full client satisfactionObserve and notate business goals and KPIs from various client stakeholders, ensuring we understand the metrics we need to perform towardsLearn how to pace and optimize client budgets, create quarterly media plans and plan quarterly strategies tied to goalsCollaborate across all departments at ATRA, learning how each team contributes to client successPreparing agendas for internal and external meetings, ensuring the team and client are up to date on projects, deliverables, and timelinesDiligently record notes in internal and external meetings, ensuring accurate and detailed action items are recorded for internal teams and clients.
