The Call Center Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist residents and prospects with inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication between team members and residents.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Customer Support skills with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively and professionallyExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with residents and team membersExperience with Contact Centers, including handling large volumes of calls and managing customer interactionsProficiency in Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM platforms, email, and basic software applicationsAbility to work on-site in a collaborative environment and support property management goalsMultitasking and time-management skills with attention to detailPrior experience in property management or a related field is a plusMUST BE BILINGUAL
