As a screen room operator, youwill be making our customer\'s artwork come alive by producing screenprinted garments in a highly efficient production environment. Here iswhat a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functionsof the job.) Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight coreprinciples that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty,Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, PositiveAttitude, and Humility. Effectively interpret work orders and job aidsto ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities. Daily reclaiming,shooting, coating, taping and blocking all screens as needed inproduction. Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I Image machinesas trained. Have great attention to detail. Comply with safetyprocedures, rules and regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workenvironment for smooth and consistent output. Utilize computerized inkmixing system to accurately produce Oeko-Tex certified ink for highquality production on our screen printing machines Operate turnaboutmixing table to thoroughly mix the various ink colors. Organize andcategorize ink inventory in the ink library\' to ensure quick locationand efficient workflows. Run and maintain the squeegee cleaning machineto provide screen printing presses with new squeegees daily. Participatein training classes and actively seek professional development.
