Maintenance TechnicianHouston, TX$85,000 - $100,000 annuallyFull-time | Overtime and on-call as neededLINK Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX.This role supports safe and efficient operations by maintaining and repairing plant equipment, warehouse facilities, building systems, and fleet assets in an industrial environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and identify maintenance needsComplete preventive maintenance such as servicing, lubrication, and condition monitoringTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issuesMaintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, overhead doors, fencing, gates, and yard areasKeep accurate repair and maintenance recordsTrack needed parts and suppliesCoordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairsFollow safety procedures, including LOTO, and help maintain a clean work areaRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training or certification preferredMinimum 10 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experienceStrong troubleshooting and mechanical skillsWorking knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systemsAbility to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematicsPreventive maintenance knowledge requiredISO 9001:2015 experience is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 25 lbsMust comply with PPE and safety requirements#LINKJOBS #MaintenanceTechnician #IndustrialMaintenance #HoustonTX #SkilledTrades #NowHiring
