Position: Scrum Master Location: Atlanta, GAH(Hybrid- 2 days in office) Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)Target Years of Experience: 2–4 yearsRole Overview: The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, facilitating team learning and growth while driving the development of a Lean/Agile operating model. This role focuses on improving productivity, predictability, and transparency, and provides guidance through Agile ceremonies, release planning, and impediment removal. The Scrum Master also fosters an inclusive culture, ensuring collaboration and accountability across the team.Top 5 Must-Have Skills:Experience managing teams using AI toolsExperience in standing up new teams, establishing ways of working, and strong change management capabilitiesProven track record of managing workflow with continuous improvementsStrong servant leadership mindsetAbility to drive team engagement, accountability, and collaborationKey Responsibilities:Serve as Scrum Master for an assigned Agile team within a specific product or feature areaCoach team members on adherence to Lean/Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and transparencyPartner with Product Owners/Managers to promote Agile benefits such as improved project control, risk reduction, enhanced delivery, sustainability, and transparencyIdentify, escalate, and track complex cross-team issues and impedimentsFacilitate preparation for cross-team planning and alignment eventsCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams across all stages of developmentProvide input on resource allocation to address bottlenecksEnsure teams follow best practices, including story kickoffs, pair programming, and automated testingMonitor, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics, highlighting risks and improvement opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and track their outcomesRequired Experience & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR a master’s degree with up to 2 years of experience, OR 10 years of relevant experience without a degreeStrong analytical thinking, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of project management and Agile methodologiesStrong communication and collaboration skillsDemonstrated integrity, innovation, and focus on execution and excellence
