Inserter Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)$17.00-$19.28/hourMonday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:20 PMParma, OHTemp-to-HirePosition OverviewWe are seeking an Inserter Machine Operator to support Ricoh operations. This role involves operating and assisting with high-speed inserter machines in a warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have previous machine operation or warehouse experience and are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to maintain productivity throughout the shift.ResponsibilitiesOperate and assist with high-speed inserter machines.Load materials into machines.Clear machine jams as needed.Unload completed materials and place them into trays.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all safety and workplace procedures.QualificationsPrevious warehouse or machine operator experience required.High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of related experience.Experience in a roll-fed printing environment is preferred.Basic computer skills (training provided for qualified candidates).Technical aptitude to learn machine setup, software controls, and operation.Strong organizational and customer service skills.Ability to calibrate and troubleshoot production equipment is a plus.Stable work history with minimal employment gaps.Physical RequirementsStand and walk for the entire shift.Frequently bend, twist, and move throughout the workday.Lift up to 50 pounds independently; assistance is available for heavier items.Work in a warehouse environment.Benefits: (employee contribution) Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
