Greeter

Job Summary As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers entering our establishment. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will set the tone for a positive customer experience. Lead the customer “check-in and check-out” process. Ensure the process of moving our customers through the store meets the customers’ expectations. Guide the check-in, waitlist, online order, in-store order, and deli flower customer flow to make sure they always feel comfortable, they have their questions answered, are waited on, and in and out of the store as quickly as possible. Responsibilities - Greet customers as they enter the store with a warm and welcoming attitude - Scan each customer ID to verify they are 21 and have a valid ID - Provide information about promotions, sales, and store events - Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member - Ensure all customers are waited on in the order they entered the store (per the waitlist they are on) - Make sure customers are moving, with no backup - Assist with managing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain a clean and organized entrance area - Monitor customer flow to ensure a smooth shopping experience Qualifications - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Shift: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Evening shift Morning shift Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Bailey, CO 80421 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Bailey, CO 80421: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
