Culturally, they are a tight knit and team oriented group that values collaboration, group outings, and giving back through charitable involvement.Job DescriptionThe Estimator - Boston Interiors key responsibilities include:Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Collaborate with project managers and design teams to evaluate project requirements and scope.Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to develop precise cost models.Source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain thorough documentation of cost analysis and proposals.Provide support in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with all company and industry standards during the estimation process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
