Account Manager - Commercial Moving

Join a growing moving and relocation company supporting corporate clients with complex commercial relocations across the Dallas market. This role focuses on managing client relationships, growing existing accounts, and coordinating office & industrial (O&I) relocation services. Ideal for a relocation industry professional with strong client management and commercial moving experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with corporate clients requiring commercial relocation servicesAct as the primary point of contact for office and industrial (O&I) moving accountsConduct site visits and relocation surveys to assess project scope and client requirementsPrepare detailed relocation proposals and service quotations for commercial movesCoordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of office relocation projectsIdentify upselling opportunities including storage, decommissioning, and move management servicesMaintain ongoing communication with facilities managers, project teams, and procurement contactsTrack account activity, relocation projects, and pipeline opportunities within the CRM systemEnsure client satisfaction throughout the relocation process from planning through completionResolve service issues or logistical challenges during commercial moving projectsMonitor contract renewals and support long-term client retention strategiesAttend client meetings and industry networking events to strengthen business relationshipsKey Skills & ExperienceExperience working for a commercial moving or relocation services companyProven track record managing corporate relocation or O&I moving accountsStrong understanding of commercial move planning, relocation logistics, and service deliveryExperience preparing relocation proposals, estimates, and service agreementsExcellent relationship management and client communication skillsAbility to coordinate effectively with operations and move management teams
