Founded in 2011 by a group of friends, we've blossomed into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States.About The RoleIn this role, the Drink Cook is responsible for the creation, quality, proper storing and packaging of our coffee and tea products. The Drink Cook is the core of our business, producing all of our signature beverages by brewing all our signature tea and coffee bases. This role will work closely with store management and the back of house kitchen to ensure the proper productionJob ResponsibilitiesPrepare and produce beverages according to established recipes, measurements, and preparation standardsDevelop strong familiarity with all menu items, including preparation times and product specificationsEnsure a consistent, adequate supply of ingredients and products through regular preparation, inventory, and orderingMaintain strict adherence to company and state food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace at all timesFollow all safety policies and procedures, including proper equipment handling and security protocolsDemonstrate strong attention to detail in product quality, consistency, and cleanlinessMaintain a calm and professional demeanor during regular operations, high-volume periods, and unexpected situationsCommunicate effectively and proactively with the Store Manager, leadership, and team members to address issues such as inventory needs, product quality, or equipment concernsCollaborate with team members and support overall store operations as neededReport to work on time for all scheduled shifts and fulfill responsibilities for the duration of the shift or until relieved by a supervisorPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisorRegularly lift up to 50 lbs and assist with team lifts when neededRequirements And QualificationsMust be able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs.Proficiency with technology/computer systems (i.e. Excel, attendance system, ordering system, etc.)Have excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manager bakery operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environmentProlonged periods of standing, stooping, and walkingEagerness to learn and build on constructive feedbackWhat We OfferFlexible scheduleFree drinks on your shift & Team Member discountsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for eligible Team MembersStrong company cultureLeadership developmentFun and collaborative working environment7 Leaves Cafe Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
