Staffing Consultant

Position Summary:On Site Personnel is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple branch locations. This role is responsible for supporting office performance, strengthening client relationships, and driving operational excellence across all assigned regions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable traveling frequently to ensure consistency, growth, and compliance across all offices.Key Responsibilities:1. Multi-Branch Operations OversightOversee daily operations across multiple offices to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performanceSupport branch teams in achieving headcount, fill rate, and revenue goalsIdentify operational gaps and implement process improvementsEnsure company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures are followed2. Client Relationship ManagementVisit client sites regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfactionServe as a key point of contact for high-level client concerns and escalationsPartner with clients to understand staffing needs and provide strategic workforce solutionsSupport account expansion and retention initiatives3. Training & DevelopmentTrain and mentor Branch Managers, Account Managers, and RecruitersAssist in onboarding new office locations and new team membersDevelop and implement best practices across all officesEnsure consistency in recruiting, onboarding, and operational processes4. Business Growth & StrategySupport business development efforts across all regionsIdentify opportunities to expand into new markets and accountsCollaborate with leadership to execute company growth strategiesMonitor regional performance metrics and provide actionable insights5. Travel & Field SupportTravel regularly (50%) to different offices and client sites across multiple statesProvide on-site operational support, including assisting with orientations, staffing plans, and issue resolutionStep in to support branches during high-demand periods or staffing challengesQualifications5+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or multi-site operations managementStrong leadership and team development skillsProven ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication and client relationship skillsWillingness and ability to travel frequently across multiple statesProficient in Microsoft Office and staffing/ATS systems (Avionté preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience in light industrial staffingExperience managing multi-state operationsBilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($70,000 – $80,000)Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding companyDynamic, fast-paced work environmentMileage/travel reimbursement/Company Car
