Receiving and Inventory ClerkLocation: 203A Log Canoe Circle, Stevensville, MD 21666-2128 Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Salary Range: $17 - $22/hr
Hydrasearch is looking for a detail-oriented and autonomous Receiving and Inventory Clerk to champion our inventory integrity and provide critical logistical support to our facility in Stevensville, MD! The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our material accuracy, moving fluidly between the receiving dock and the warehouse floor to monitor stock levels and lead cycle counts. You will collaborate closely with purchasing and production teams to drive operational efficiency and ensure a culture of precision and excellence.

What You'll Do:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts as assigned
Accurately count materials, components, and finished goods in various storage locations
Compare physical counts to system inventory records and identify discrepancies
Document count results and discrepancies clearly and accurately
Maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory locations
Follow established inventory control and counting procedures
Receiving & Material Handling:
Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips or purchase orders
Inspect received materials for visible damage and accuracy
Label, tag, and store materials in correct locations
Enter receiving and inventory transactions into the ERP or inventory system
Assist with material movement, stocking, and organization as needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills and ability to accurately count and record quantities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, or spreadsheets)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance
Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory role (not required)
Familiarity with cycle counting or inventory control concepts
Experience using an ERP or inventory management system
Forklift or material handling experience (or willingness to be trained)
