What You'll Be Doing * Operate loaders safely and efficiently to move and load materialsConduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenanceMaintain clean and organized work areas to support safe plant operationsCommunicate effectively with plant personnel, drivers, and dispatchFollow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and guidelines What Are We Looking For * Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and accuratelyStrong situational awareness and attention to detailCommitment to safety practices and reliable work habitsCapability to perform basic equipment troubleshooting and upkeepEffective communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
