Lead Teacher

We are seeking several Lead Teachers to join our organization! This individual will present age appropriate activities for children, following the Guided Creative Curriculum. Hiring for Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and School Age Lead Teachers Accepting applicants now Responsibilities: PRESCHOOL: Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth INFANT/TODDLER: Facilitate learning activities & engage with play for development SCHOOL AGE: Initiate and encourage various activities for development & entertainment Maintain a fun and safe learning environment Follow policies, schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, care, rest, and playtime Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress Maintain the health and safety of all students Qualifications: Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields Passionate about working with children Ability to build rapport with children Positive and patient demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills 18+ High school diploma/equivalency required Willingness to learn Background check required Education: Opportunities for continued education in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE) are available through the Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRRA), with potential for career growth Entry level (no experience & high school diploma/high school equivalency) Wage varies beyond entry level based on experience and relevant education Assistant/Floater/Substitute positions available for those with
