Dietary Aide Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks to residents in our community Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with food deliveries, errands, and special requests as needed Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other staff members to ensure excellent customer service Participate in resident care planning and other activities as assigned Dietary Aide Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, bend, and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
