Enterprise Resources Planning Analyst
Job Title: ERP Analyst Location: Dallas, TXWork Arrangement: OnsiteJob Summary We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst with strong SAP and SQL expertise to support and enhance ERP systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and manufacturing operations to ensure ERP solutions align with operational needs, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain, and optimize SAP ERP systems to meet business and manufacturing requirementsAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirementsAnalyze business processes and recommend system improvements and automation opportunitiesDevelop, write, and optimize SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and analysisTroubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolution and user supportSupport ERP integrations with other systems and manufacturing toolsAssist with system upgrades, testing, data migrations, and change management initiativesCreate and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guidesProvide training and ongoing support to end usersRequired QualificationsProven experience as an ERP Analyst or similar roleStrong hands-on experience with SAP (modules dependent on business needs)Solid SQL experience, including writing and optimizing complex queriesExperience working in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflows, and data requirementsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in an onsite, cross-functional team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP implementations or upgradesFamiliarity with reporting tools and BI platformsUnderstanding of integrations between ERP and shop floor/manufacturing systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCollaborative, hands-on role with direct impact on operations
