The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting and negotiating agreements, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The role involves supporting various practice areas, including business law, labor and employment, and litigation, while collaborating with clients and colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.QualificationsProficiency in Law, with experience in litigation and a thorough understanding of legal proceduresKnowledge and expertise in LitigationStrong skills in providing Legal Advice and representing clients in legal mattersExceptional Research and analytical abilitiesEffective Negotiation skills in resolving disputes and drafting agreementsActive membership in the California State BarAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with technology and legal research databasesBilingual skills are a plus
