Overview
LeadData Scientist at OneMagnify, you will drive end-to-end data science projects that translate business goals into scalable analytics solutions. You’ll bridge strategy with execution, delivering production-ready models and insights that inform client decisions and business value. You’ll collaborate across engineering, marketing, and strategy teams to deploy models and improve performance in real-world applications. This role combines technical excellence with leadership, shaping data-driven decisions in a fast-growing marketing tech environment.

ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of statistical models, ML algorithms, and custom analytics solutionsCollaborate with team members to align data analyses with project objectivesTranslate client goals into modeling strategies, project plans, and deliverablesGuide production-level model pipelines using Databricks and Azure MLCollaborate with engineering, marketing, and strategic partners to integrate models into real-world applicationsMonitor and improve model performance for reliability and business relevancePresent analytical results to technical and non-technical audiencesSupport innovation by exploring new tools, methods, and data sources (Snowflake)Promote best practices in model governance, data ethics, and responsible AI
Key requirementsMinimum 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modelingExperience leading end-to-end data science initiatives with technical strategy and executionStrong programming skills in Python, R, or SASAdvanced SQL and cloud experience (Azure, AWS)Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Snowflake (strongly preferred)Experience with modeling in regulated industries (financial services) a plusExpertise in regression, classification, clustering, A/B testing, and audience segmentationProficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualizationStrong communication skills to translate technical findings into business insightBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (Master’s preferred)Strong communicationCross-functional collaborationStrategic thinkingPythonRSAS
