Role Description Frisco First Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Minister of LifeGroup & Men for an on-site role in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This position involves developing and leading LifeGroup ministries, mentoring and equipping men to grow in their faith, planning discipleship initiatives, and fostering spiritual growth within the congregation. The role also includes building meaningful relationships, supporting church-wide events, and collaborating with other staff and ministry leaders to further the church's vision and mission. Qualifications Leadership and ministry skills, including the ability to mentor, disciple, and equip individuals or groupsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to foster community within LifeGroups and among church membersProficiency in planning, organizing, and executing events or programsEffective verbal and written communication skillsA heart for discipleship and a strong theological foundation grounded in ScriptureExperience in church ministry, specifically in LifeGroup or small group settings, or men’s ministry (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field is preferredCommitment to the mission and vision of Frisco First Baptist Church
