We can offer you a competitive salary, benefits and valuable OEM discounts.Mission:The Regional Shared Services Manager-Payroll will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations; lead the successful implementation and optimization of HR systems; maintain clear and up‐to‐date policies; and empower employees and leaders through effective training. Through operational excellence, technology enablement, and a strong commitment to service, this role enhances organizational efficiency, strengthens governance, and supports an exceptional employee experienceResponsibilities:Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate paymentsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax lawsAssist local HR with Etime maintenance related to correcting/updating accruals, schedules, and supervisor assignmentsManage payroll audits and respond to request for information related to bonus, profit sharing, R&D, and Traveler's renewalServe as a primary contact for claimants and state agencies regarding unemployment claims and benefitsGenerate reports on claims activity, payments, and compliance issues for management reviewMaintain accurate records of claims and related data, analyzing trends and metrics to inform management decisionsServe as a primary contact for courts and plaintiffs relating to wage garnishmentsEnsure accurate processing and reporting of employee garnishments, child support orders, levys, and bankruptcyLead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing cultureConduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in payroll processes, compliance and systemsIdentify opportunities for process enchancements and implement best practices to improve payroll efficiencyDevelop and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and in line with regulatory changesOversee payroll and HR systems and tools, ensuring they are effectively utilized and maintainedAct as a point of contact for local HR regarding payroll and system inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issuesCollaborate with Total Rewards and outside vendors to manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other HR and business systemsCollaborate with HR leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functionsLead HRIS related projects, including system implementations such as ADP Workforce Manager, Success Factors, and ADP RiseWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related.Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience including benefit administrationExtensive experience with ADP GlobalView payroll platform requiredExpertise with payroll taxes and garnishmentsProfessional and effective communication and representation skills.Ability to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.Ability to conduct computer work or engage in discussion with employees.May require travelHere at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
