Founded in 2016, Lingua Franca's unique embroidery aesthetic has gained a loyal following.Role OverviewLingua Franca is looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Ecommerce & Marketing Associate to support the day-to-day execution of our digital business. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is excited by both the analytical and creative sides of brand building, from ecommerce merchandising and site updates to social content support, influencer coordination, and campaign execution.This person will work closely across ecommerce, marketing, and creative to help keep the business moving. The right candidate is proactive, eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced luxury brand environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce SupportAssist with product launches, collection updates, and merchandising on the websiteHelp maintain product pages, including copy updates, imagery, tagging, and product organizationSupport site audits to ensure products, collections, navigation, and content are accurate and up to dateAssist with promotional setup, homepage updates, and campaign executionMonitor site experience and flag issues related to product pages, checkout, inventory display, or customer flowSocial Media SupportAssist with day-to-day social media execution across Instagram and other key platformsSupport content capture planning for launches, events, partnerships, and brand momentsMonitor community engagement, comments, DMs, and social trends as neededHelp track social performance and identify content that is resonating with the audienceAssist with influencer gifting, outreach lists, shipment tracking, and follow-upHelp maintain influencer and partner contact databasesTrack influencer activity, earned content, and campaign resultsAssist with brand collaborations, events, and special projects as neededQualifications1–2 years of relevant internship or work experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, fashion, or a related field preferredHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCreative, resourceful, and excited to learnInterested in fashion, storytelling, ecommerce, and digital cultureProficient in Google Sheets/Docs and comfortable learning new platforms quicklyFamiliarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Instagram, and influencer tools is a plus, but not required
