Job Responsibilities:Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.Manages records of activity in maintenance log.Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.Provide residents with outstanding customer service.Required Qualifications:At least 6 months of onsite experienceValid I.D. RequiredHave reliable transportationOwn tools necessary to perform maintenance dutiesA/C certification is a Plus and Pays MorePay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour, depending on experience.This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in.
