Brand New Restaurant: We are anticipating opening near the beginning of July. We will only be open for dinner service for our first month. We will open for Breakfast and Lunch service a approximately a month after opening, so if the dinner service does not fit your schedule, please still apply and join the team once we are open full time!
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal presentation. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality dining experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure timely delivery of dishes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow food safety procedures and guidelines for proper food handling
- Contribute to menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and fine dining practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating delicious dishes
- Experience in dietary aide, food service, or culinary arts is a plus
