The Center provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term post-acute rehabilitation, including a 30-bed ventilator unit. We are committed to the overall care of our residents through our culture, vision, and core values.Hours: 7:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m.Salary: 16.00/hr**$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for 5 years of service or more– Paid out in increments to make your start even more rewarding!Our growing benefits package includes:Rotational scheduling for nursing servicesShift Differentials for evening and weekend shiftsMedical/Dental and Vision InsuranceVacation time starts accruing day one.24/7 coffee / snack bar for employees$50.00 gift card for picked up shifts.Facility appreciation mealsEmployee of the month rewardRoll over vacation time (PTO) or pay out at 75% during the month of December.ResponsibilitiesCertified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work under the direction and supervision of RNs and LPNs to enhance the residents' experience by providing basic nursing care.Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs)Feeding, bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming of residentsTransferring residents while ensuring health, comfort, and safetyDocuments all care providedReports changes in resident's status to primary nurse.Performs advanced functions including vital signs, skin health, and promotion of wound healing.Uphold integrity by following professional standards, Pyramid Health policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.Maintaining active CNA & CPR/BLS certificationsWe are a COVID vaccinated Center.QualificationsRequired Minimum EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited programActive GA CNA Certification on the Georgia Nurse Aide RegistryBasic Life Support (BLS)Required Minimum ExperienceAbility to enter information into an electronic health record (EHR)Basic medical terminologyRequired SkillsAbility to read, write, and speak the English language.Basic computer skills to include data entry.Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.We welcome you to apply for an excellent career opportunity with us today!
