Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage's Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston's "Best Places to Work" and "Best Midsize Places to Work."About You:You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better wayYou thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives You're meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate thenYou understand the business impact of operational improvementsYou're ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company What skills do I need? 5+ years of combined experience delivering projects for regulated life sciences customers, including experience in project or program management, manufacturing or production operations, management consulting, or customer success roles within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device organizationsStrong working knowledge of regulated quality systems and compliance frameworks, including GxP, ISO standards, and 21 CFR Part 11Proven experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope definition, milestones, ownership, and timelines, while coordinating internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience leading project meetings, facilitating decision-making, and delivering clear, executive-level updates to both technical and non-technical audiencesNice to have:Lean / Six Sigma experience, with exposure to continuous improvement initiatives in regulated manufacturing or operations environmentsFamiliarity with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies, including experience applying them in hybrid or regulated delivery modelsPMP or other relevant project management certificationsWorking knowledge of change control processes, PMO governance, and validation requirements (e.g., impact assessment, documentation, and traceability) within regulated life sciences environmentsKey Responsibilities:Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customersCollaborate with internal experts and customers to define project success and requirementsLead organization of information and communication to allow teams to focus on project workProvide expertise and thought leadership to guide customers through manufacturing digital transformationsUnderstand technical project details enough to manage and escalate when neededScope and quote projects for customersContribute to internal process development and continuous improvement25% expected travel Key Collaborators:CustomersInternal customer-facing technical teamsSales/ commercialTulip's partnersWorking At TulipWe know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time.
