This includes modernizing core platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue systems, while establishing scalable, reusable capabilities across the enterprise.We are hiring a Director of Product Management to lead strategy and execution across key global platforms, driving end-to-end Lead-to-Cash outcomes aligned to our 20262028 growth priorities.ResponsibilitiesOwn product strategy, roadmap, and execution across core go-to-market platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Marketing, and CPQ/Revenue (Quote-to-Order) systemsDrive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformation across systems, processes, and business teamsBe accountable for adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion, digital revenue)Define product direction and prioritization, ensuring clear ownership of roadmap decisions and trade-offsPartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to define priorities and deliver measurable business outcomesMaintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategyLead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and prioritization through execution and adoptionDrive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomesEstablish scalable, reusable platform capabilities that support multiple business units and regionsDefine and track success metrics, including adoption, efficiency, and business impactPartner with Engineering, Data, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standardsPartner across Data, Digital, and Order-to-Cash teams to ensure seamless integration across the customer lifecycleDrive global rollout and adoption in partnership with Operational Readiness, Training, and Change Management teamsBuild, lead, and develop a team of product managers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management, while strengthening product management practices and operating modelsRequirements10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles in enterprise environmentsProven track record of delivering large-scale platform or system transformations with measurable business impactStrong understanding of Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Order processes, including CRM, CPQ, pricing, contracting, and order managementExperience working with enterprise sales and revenue workflowsExperience working across matrixed organizations and influencing senior stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, balancing speed, quality, and scalabilityStrong data-driven mindset, with experience defining metrics and using insights to drive decisionsExperience partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams in an agile environmentAbility to align product strategy with go-to-market plans, revenue goals, and pricing considerationsExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholdersAIFluentPreferredExperience with Salesforce ecosystem, including CRM, Marketing platforms, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud (strongly preferred)Background in enterprise B2B or SaaS environmentsExperience with pricing and packaging models and revenue optimizationFamiliarity with modern product operating models (Agile, OKRs, outcome-based delivery)Education: Bachelor's degree required; technical or business discipline preferred. MBA or equivalent experience is a plusU.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
