Right Price.Role: Desktop SupportLocation: Austin, TX, (ONSITE) United StatesDuration: 12+ MonthsJob Description:Reporting to a Team Leader, you will already have a proven experience of working as an analyst in a technical service center environment. Your responsibilities will include:Providing 1st line technical supportAnswering calls to the service desk effectively and within the agreed SLAAssigning calls to relevant support teamsActioning back office requests as and when requiredMonitoring and actioning Web Logged callsMonitoring Team Notifier and updating callsCompleting User Admin and Account set-ups as requiredAdvising clients and support teams of known problems and workaroundsEnsuring users are updated with the progress of their call/changeSkills Required:Excellent PC skills – including a knowledge of MS Office and general PC knowledgeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent Customer Care SkillsGood IT knowledgeGood Analytical SkillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to retain knowledge effectivelyAbility to multi task and take on additional roles as and when requiredUnderstanding of the need to work within the constraints of the Desk SLAPersonal Attributes: Team player with the ability to build relationships with both colleagues and external clientsAnalytical and methodical approach to working with keen eye for detailFlexibility within role and flexible approach to assigned workEnthusiastic, confident with a \"can do\" attitudeWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
