Crusher Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crusher Operator. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining crushing equipment to produce high-quality aggregate materials. Your expertise will ensure efficient plant operations, safety compliance, and optimal productivity. Duties Operate crushing machinery such as jaw crushers, cone crushers, and screening equipment to process raw materials into desired sizes. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Monitor plant operations continuously, adjusting controls to optimize throughput and product quality. Perform minor repairs, welding, or fabrication as needed to maintain equipment integrity. Follow safety guidelines diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to operational procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a crusher operator. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs or adjustments. Familiarity with fabrication techniques including welding and machining processes. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and plant maintenance. MSHA certified We are an EEO Employer and a Drug Free workplace.
