Here are some of the key responsibilities you will undertake:Assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic kidney disorders, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, glomerular diseases, and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).Oversee patients undergoing dialysis and develop comprehensive care plans for those being evaluated for kidney transplants and for post-transplant care.Work in partnership with primary care physicians, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Educate patients on kidney disease prevention, lifestyle adjustments, and treatment options to support long-term kidney health and overall wellness.Qualifications:Essential qualifications for the Nephrologist role include:Graduation from an accredited medical institution.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.Possession of an active New York State Medical License.About Us:Our mission is deeply rooted in community commitment.
