Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Order Management)Pay Rate: $22/HRDuration: 5 monthsLocation: Cary, NC (Hybrid - Tuesday–Thursday in office; Monday and Friday work from home)Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMThis position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Order Management) to support accurate and timely order management from entry through fulfillment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, cross-functional partners, and customers to process orders, allocate products, and provide registration assistance. The ideal candidate excels in Microsoft Excel, brings preferred experience with SAP, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with the ability to recognize and escalate issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.Maintain and update order information within internal systems.Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel.Process orders using SAP (preferred but not required).Identify and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Foster a positive team environment while supporting excellent customer experience.Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings.Other duties as needed or assigned.Must-Have Skills:ExcelCustomer service experienceMicrosoft platformsClient management systemsReporting and analysisRequirements:0–3 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Prior experience with order processing is preferred.Strong computer proficiency, including Windows applications; advanced Excel skills required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including prior phone-based customer interaction.Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and supportive in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with SAP (preferred).Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.Nice-to-Have Skills:SAP
